1503.26 PERMIT FEES.
   Before any application for the use or storage of Liquid Petroleum Gas is approved, the Fire Chief or Fire Prevention Officer shall collect a fee which shall be based upon the total storage capacity in pounds of the containers which shall be $10.00 for the first 80 pounds L.P.G. capacity plus $1.00 for every 100 pounds L.P.G. capacity or fraction thereof in excess of 80 pounds L.P.G. to cover the cost of the necessary reviews except that no fee shall be charged for the use or storage of L.P.G. by a governmental agency. Each permit shall expire at the end of one year from the date of issuance unless sooner revoked due to violations. Permits will be renewed without payments or required fees provided there is no modification or alteration of the permitted installation fees generated from the issuance of permits as required in this chapter shall be credited to the appropriate fund to the City.
