1503.22 SPECIAL USES.

A permit shall be secured from the Fire Chief or Fire Prevention Officer for the temporary or permanent use of L.P.G. gas for special uses which shall be construed as power generation, special events, memorials and similar uses. Such size of the L.P.G. tanks shall be proportional to the desired usage as determined by the Fire Chief or Fire Prevention Officer.
