An installation of 60 gallons aggregate water capacity (200 pounds L.P.G.) or more shall first be approved by the Fire Chief or Fire Prevention Officer by submitting three copies of proposed plans indicating the following:
(a) Location of installation in regard to building and property lines.
(b) Size and number of tanks.
(c) Name and address for whom it is to be installed.
(d) All piping, including size, type, welded, screwed or flared, and fittings shall be listed in a schedule.
(e) Location of regulators.
(f) Fencing or screening where required.
(g) Fire protection coverage where required.
(h) Shut-off valves and types.
(i) Vaporizer, if any.
(j) Installing contractors name, address and telephone number.
