In Light and Heavy Industrial Districts, L.P.G. tanks shall be permitted only when stored in compliance with the requirements of NFiPA #58 and #59; but if located outside a structure, such tanks and facilities shall only be permitted if they comply with distance and space requirements prescribed by table F-3001.1 of the Ohio Fire Code and are not located in any required setback according to the Zoning Code.
Such tanks and facilities shall be located and installed only upon the written notification to the Fire Chief or Fire Prevention Officer and obtaining a permit.
