Containers pre-filled with L.P.G. exceeding two and one-half pounds water capacity (one pound L.P.G.) but not exceeding six gallons water capacity (twenty pounds L.P.G.) may be sold from the exterior of retail businesses provided that such container/containers are at least ten feet away from any passage way.
Retail businesses may sell L.P.G. in containers not exceeding two and one-half pounds of water capacity (one pound L.P.G.) inside when the structure meets the requirements of the OBBC, and all applicable regulations of the OFC, NFiPA #58 and this chapter are met.
Containers exceeding two and one-half pounds water capacity (one pound L.P.G.) up to six gallons water capacity (nominal twenty pounds L.P.G.) and never containing any product and that are empty may be stored and sold from the interior or exterior of retail stores.
