As used in this chapter, the following terms shall be defined as set forth.
(a) "Bulk storage" means, for the purpose of this chapter, a container or combination of containers exceeding 1,000 gallon water capacity, (nominal 3,400 pounds L.P.G.).
(b) "Container" means any vessel, including cylinders, tanks, portable tanks and permanent tanks used for L.P.G.
(c) "Distribution point" means a facility which receives gas by tank truck and fills containers or engine fuel tanks on the premises.
(d) "Fire Official" means any certified fire safety inspector, the chief of the fire department of each municipal corporation where a fire department is established, and such members of any such department as may be designated by such chief.
(e) "Flammable liquid" as defined in Article 2 (1301:7-7-02) (B) Section F-201 of the Ohio Fire Code.
(f) "Liquefied Petroleum Gas" as used in this chapter and "L.P.G." are synonymous and include any material composed predominantly of the following hydrocarbons, by themselves or as mixtures: propane, propylene, butane, isobutane and butylene.
(g) "Manufacturing" means the making of L.P.G. from the raw material.
(h) "National Fire Codes" (NFiPA) means the most current edition of the NFiPA codes referenced in the appendix of the OFC regarding L.P.G.
(i) "Ohio Basic Building Code" (OBBC) means the most current edition of the OBBC adopted by the State and the City.
(j) "Ohio Fire Code" (OFC) means the most current edition of the OFC adopted by the State and the City.
(k) "Sales" means retail sales or wholesales of L.P.G. on the premises where it is stored.
(l) "Zoning Code" means the Zoning Code of the City of Steubenville, including all maps and ordinances amending or supplementing same.
