1343.13 DUTIES OF BUILDING INSPECTOR; CITY ENGINEER; LAW DIRECTOR.

It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to administer and enforce the provisions of these regulations. The Building Inspector shall consult with the City Engineer for technical assistance in the administration and enforcement of these regulations. The Law Director shall, immediately upon a violation of these regulations having been called to his attention, institute appropriate legal action.
