1339.21 CORRELATION WITH OTHER CITY OR COUNTY PERMITS.

No department, board, official or public employee of the City or County vested with the duty or authority to issue permits, certificates or licenses for any development or subdivision of land shall issue the same if such development or subdivision of land would be in conflict with any of the provisions of these regulations, and if so issued the same shall be void.
