A copy of all applications for earth disturbance permits and accompanying Site Stabilization and Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans shall be transmitted upon receipt by the City Engineer to the Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District for review and comment prior to the issuance of a permit. The recommendations of the Conservation District shall be considered for possible incorporation into the proposed plans and specifications. (Ord. 2011-69. Passed 9-13-11.)
