1339.06 SUPERVISION BY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.

Unless waived pursuant to Section 1339.07, earth disturbance activities in the field shall be supervised by a professional engineer or his representative. The professional engineer shall submit a summary report to the City Engineer upon completion of operations.
