1337.11 INTERFERENCE WITH ENJOYMENT OF PROPERTY RIGHTS PROHIBITED.

No swimming pool or family pool shall be so located, designed, operated or maintained as to interfere unduly with the enjoyment of property rights by owners of property adjoining the swimming pool or family pool or located in the neighborhood.
