1331.02 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS WITHIN FIRE DISTRICTS.
   (a)    Within Fire District No. 1 all buildings erected or altered shall be of Type I or Type II, as defined in the Ohio Basic Building Code.
   (b)    With Fire District No. 2 all buildings erected or altered shall be of Types I, II, III, IV and V, as defined in the Ohio Basic Building Code. (Ord. 1958-171. Passed 12-16-58.)
