A person aggrieved by a decision of the Board of Engineering and Building Appeals, whether previously a party to the proceeding or not, or an officer or board may, within fifteen days after the filing of such decision in the office of the Building Inspector, apply to an appropriate court to correct errors of law in such decisions.
