1325.05 ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE.

A certificate of occupancy shall be issued within seven (7) business days after written application therefore, if the building at the time of such application is entitled thereto. Copies of certificates of occupancy shall be furnished, on request, to persons having a propriety interest in the building.
