1325.01 APPLICABILITY; CERTIFICATE REQUIRED; FEE.
   No person shall occupy or use any erected building, in whole or in part, until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Building Inspector and posted on the premises certifying that such building conforms to the provisions of the Building Code, provided that no certificate shall be issued until written application therefore has been made by the owner of such property to the Building Inspector, together with such application being accompanied by a fee in the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per dwelling unit payable to the City for buildings containing one, two or three family dwellings. For multi-famiLy residential, commercial and other buildings covered under the Ohio Building Code (OBC), the fee(s) contained within the OBC shall apply.
