As a condition of earth disturbance and building permit approval, construction or earth disturbance activity shall not cause noise or sound which is audible beyond the boundary line of the property where the construction or earth disturbance activity is taking place between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. prevailing time Monday through Saturday, and no such noise or sound producing activity shall take place on Sunday, unless approved in advance by the Building Inspector or where necessary due to an emergency where the health or safety of persons or property is threatened. The Building Inspector may impose a stop work order and/or revoke a permit or approval for construction or earth disturbance activity not in compliance with this section. (Ord. 2006-73.
