(a) Every residential permit issued by the Building Inspector under the provisions of this Building Code shall contain the following time limits for completion of work:

(3) New home | 365 |
(b) Every commercial permit issued by the Building Inspector under the provisions of this Building Code shall contain a time limit for completion of work as determined by the Building Inspector after an inspection of the submitted plans of a particular job.
