1323.124 INSPECTION; STOP ORDERS.
   (a)    The Building Inspector or his authorized representative shall make an inspection of the demolition site prior to issuing a demolition permit. If upon inspection it is determined that the demolition of an existing structure would be hazardous to the public health, safety and wellbeing of the general public during normal working hours, the Building Inspector shall be authorized to designate the hours during which demolition shall take place, subject, however, to the condition that no demolition shall be permitted prior to 7:00 a.m. or later than 5:00 p.m. on any day nor at any time on Sundays or holidays unless the permit issued by the Building Inspector specifically provides permission for doing demolition on such days.
   (b)    At any time that the requirements of this chapter are not complied with by the person, firm or corporation to whom a demolition permit has been issued, the Building Inspector is authorized to impose a stop order which will prohibit the continuing demolition of the structure for which the permit has been issued which stop order shall be effective until such time as the Building Inspector is satisfied that the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be complied with.
