(a) The permit fee provided herein shall be in an amount specified in Section 1327.03.
(b) Any permit issued under the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be valid for thirty days from the date of the issuance of such permit, unless for good cause shown the Building Inspector extends the time of such permit; provided, however, that there shall be no extension for more than an additional thirty day period of time. There shall be no additional fee for an extension of a permit, nor shall there be any refund of a fee for demolition which does not take place under an issued permit. (Ord. 1977-68. Passed 4-12-77.)
