The Engineering and Building Inspection Division may call upon the Steubenville Planning and Zoning Commission, the Fire Division, the Board of Health or any other City department or division for approval of submitted plans or applications as they affect the specific administrative area of those departments or divisions. All applications in Fire District No. 1 shall be approved by the Fire Division. All applications for which septic tanks are included shall be approved by the Board of Health. (Ord. 8611.
