1323.08 CONFORMITY REQUIRED WITH OR WITHOUT PERMIT.

Where a permit is not required by this Building Code, such exemption shall apply only to the requirements for a permit; all installation, alterations or repairs, whether made with or without a permit, shall be made in conformity with this Code. (Ord. 8611. Passed 3-27-56.)
