1313.01 STREET LINE FIXED BY CITY ENGINEER.
   All persons, in the erection of buildings and fences and in setting curbs and laying of pavements, shall observe and conform to the survey of the City, together with the map or plat thereof, made at the instance of the City by James S. Devlin. The City Engineer shall rigidly require all persons building any house or other structure to have the same placed within or upon the exact line of the street so surveyed and established and any noncomplying house or other structure may be removed.
