(a) No person shall break, cut, remove, destroy or lay any sidewalk for any purpose other than that of immediate repair of defective sidewalks without first obtaining a permit from the Building Inspector for such purpose.
(b) Permit fees for sidewalks shall be as follows:

More than $1,000 | 3.00 plus $1.00 for each $1,000 or fraction thereof. |
(c) Sidewalks shall be required to be constructed according to the specifications, plans and grades approved by the City Engineer and shall be supervised as to compliance by the Building Inspector. (Ord. 2011-69. Passed 9-13-11.)
