1309.08 DESIGN.

All signs shall be designed according to generally accepted engineering practices and to withstand wind pressures specified in the Ohio Building Code (OBC). The loads shall be distributed to the structural members of the building or structure in such a way that these members will not be overstressed. (Ord. 2011-69. Passed 9-13-11.)
