Any uses hereinafter permitted in the "P" District shall provide buildings of a type and character which would be architecturally compatible with adjacent uses in scale, proportion, design and materials. Plans for all new construction in the "P" District shall be approved by the Planning Commission before the issuance of zoning approval.
