1171.02 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses are permitted in the "C-2" River Conservation District:

   (a)    Single-family attached dwellings, apartment buildings and retail businesses including but not limited to hotels, motels and restaurants, which require river access or a waterfront location as an integral part of the activity, but excluding establishments designed to provide through facilities.

   (b)    Public and commercial marinas, boat launch ramps and dock facilities.

   (c)    Watercraft sales, service, storage and rental.

   (d)    Parks, bikeways and open space areas devoted to public river access and enjoyment.

   (e)    Public wastewater treatment and water supply facilities.

   (f)    Signs, but not billboards, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (g)    Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (h)    Utility service facilities to the extent necessary to serve surrounding areas.
