1167.02 PERMITTED USES.
   The following uses are permitted in the "I-3" Heavy Industrial District:
   (a)   All permitted uses as listed in the "I-2" Light Industrial District
   (b)   The manufacture of clay products, using kilns fired only by electricity or natural gas.
   (c)   Distilleries and breweries.
   (d)   Flour, feed and grain mill storage.
   (e)   The manufacture of articles or merchandise from bone, fur, hair, hides, or shell.
   (f)   The manufacture of iron, steel and other metals and related ancillary activities.
   (g)   The manufacture of lumber and building materials, including stone crushing, concrete mixing and asphalt plants.
   (h)   The manufacture and repair of railroad cars.
   (i)   The manufacture of rubber and plastic products.
   (j)   The manufacture of paints and varnishes.
   (k)   The manufacture of petroleum products, fuels and lubricants.
   (l)   Port and dock facilities, including dredging, and barge loading, unloading and repair.
   (m)   Rail, truck or motor freight terminals.
   (n)   Warehouses and distribution centers.
   (o)   Commercial vehicle and heavy machinery sales and repair.
   (p)   The manufacture or assembly of new automobiles, commercial vehicles and heavy machinery, boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles or all-purpose vehicles.
   (q)   Wholesale and retail sales of products, manufactured, produced or distributed pursuant to a permitted principal use in whole or part on the lot in question.
   (r)   Electric power or steam generating plants; utility transmission and distribution facilities; utility company offices, garages and warehouses; and utility service facilities.
   (s)   Signs and billboards, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185
   (t)   Class II telecommunications facilities if co-locating on an existing public facility or existing telecommunications tower in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.
   (u)   Accessory buildings and uses which are customarily incidental to a permitted principal use in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.
