The purpose of the "I-3" District is to accommodate industries which due to intensive manufacturing activities; emission of dust, smoke, or odors; heavy truck traffic; noise or vibration; glare of lights; and other special or unique characteristics, are incompatible with other residential, commercial and industrial districts.
