The following uses are permitted subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions which shall take into consideration the public health, safety and welfare, and the comfort and convenience of the general public and residents of the immediate neighborhood, as provided for in Chapter 1191 of this Zoning Code.
(a) Truck or motor freight terminals.
(b) Warehouses and distribution centers.
(c) Commercial vehicle sales and repair.
(d) The manufacture or assembly of new automobiles, commercial vehicles, boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles or all-purpose vehicles.
(e) Class III telecommunications facilities.
