The following uses are permitted in the "I-2" Light Industrial District:
(a) Business and professional services, as listed in the "B-1" Central Business District.
(b) Construction trades.
(c) Laboratories.
(d) Commercial printing/publishing.
(e) Parcel delivery services.
(f) Beverage bottling and distribution.
(g) Machine shops, excluding punch presses over twenty (20) tons capacity and drop hammers.
(h) The manufacture, compounding, assembling or treatment of articles or merchandise from the following previously prepared materials: cellophane, canvas, cloth, cork, felt, film, glass, leather, paper or cardboard, plastics, steel, tin or aluminum, precious or semi-precious metals or stones, textiles, tobacco, wood and yarns.
(i) The manufacture, processing or packaging of dairy and food products, excluding slaughter houses and the rendering of hides and bones.
(j) The manufacturing of pottery and figurines, or other similar glass or ceramic products, using kilns fired only by electricity or natural gas.
(k) The manufacture, compounding, processing or packaging of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and toiletries.
(l) The manufacture of musical instruments, bicycles, toys, novelties, rubber or metal stamps, and any other small molded rubber products.
(m) The manufacture and assembly of electrical appliances and electronic instruments or devices.
(n) Light metal fabrication and assembly, and processing which shall include finishing, grinding, sharpening, polishing, cleaning, rust-proofing and painting.
(o) Wholesale and retail sales of products manufactured, produced or distributed pursuant to a permitted principal use in whole or in part on the lot in question.
(p) Utility transmission and distribution facilities; utility company offices, garages and warehouses; and utility service facilities to the extent necessary to serve surrounding areas.
(r) Class II telecommunications facilities if co-locating on an existing public facility or existing telecommunications tower in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.
(s) Accessory buildings and uses which are customarily incidental to a permitted principal use in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.
