(a) Except where provided for in Chapter 1185 of this Zoning Code, no area or yard regulations shall apply except for a lot which abuts a residential district. In this case, there shall be a front yard applicable to the business or industrial lot of ten (10) feet or one-half the average front yard applicable to the nearest residence in the adjoining residential district, whichever is greater. However, in no case need this front yard be more than twenty (20) feet.
(b) Where a business use abuts a residential lot, screening shall be provided by the property owner as defined in this Zoning Code along side and rear lot lines.
(c) The maximum building height shall be five stories, not exceeding sixty (60) feet in height.
(d) Corner lots shall be large enough to comply with the following requirements:
(1) The minimum width of a corner lot at a distance twenty-five (25) feet back from the front street right-of-way line shall be sixty-five (65) feet.
(2) The minimum side yard on the side facing the side street shall be fifteen (15) feet.
