The following uses are permitted subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions which shall take into consideration the public health, safety and welfare, and the comfort and convenience of the general public and residents of the immediate neighborhood, as provided for in Chapter 1191 of this Zoning Code.
(a) Bus terminals.
(b) Truck or motor freight terminals.
(c) Warehouses and distribution centers.
(d) Sales of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or home heating oil.
(e) Recyclable collection centers.
(f) Class III telecommunications facilities.
