The following uses are permitted in the "I-1" General Commercial and Industrial District:
(a) All permitted uses as listed and regulated in the "B-2" Community Commercial District, but not residential structures or dwelling units.
(b) Wholesale establishments.
(c) Appliance repair
(d) Construction trades.
(e) Laboratories.
(f) Veterinary clinics, animal shelters, animal grooming services and kennels.
(g) Carpet or rug cleaning.
(h) Farm supply stores.
(i) Heavy machinery sales.
(j) Major automobile repair and automobile paint shops.
(k) Boat, motorcycle, recreational vehicle, snowmobile or all-purpose vehicle repair.
(l) Commercial printing/publishing.
(m) Parcel delivery services.
(n) Self storage units.
(o) Portable storage unit sales or rental.
(p) Commercial vehicle sales and repair.
(q) Building material sales, but not stone crushing, concrete mixing or asphalt plants.
(r) Industrial supply sales.
(s) Beverage bottling and distribution.
(t) Pest extermination businesses.
(u) Fire extinguisher and fire suppression system sales.
(v) Park and ride lots.
(w) Cemetery monument works with or without a retail outlet on the premises.
(x) Utility transmission and distribution facilities; utility company offices, garages and warehouses; and utility service facilities.
(y) A caretaker's residence.
(aa) Class II telecommunications facilities if co-locating on an existing public facility or existing telecommunications tower in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.
(bb) Accessory buildings and uses which are customarily incidental to a permitted principal use in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.
