Any uses hereinafter permitted in the “B-5" District shall provide buildings of a type and character which would be architecturally compatible with adjacent uses in scale, proportion, design and materials. Sidewalks, landscaping and plantings adjacent to buildings, along or within a public right-of-way, and within vehicular use areas shall be considered an integral component of site design and be provided as required in this Zoning Code in accordance with an approved Landscaping Plan.
