Minimum required for all uses:
(a) Area. The minimum area of any lot shall be ten thousand (10,000) square feet.
(b) Width. The minimum width of any lot at a distance twenty-five (25) feet back from the street right-of-way line shall be seventy-five (75) feet.
(c) Depth. The minimum depth of any lot shall be one hundred (100) feet.
(d) Yards. The minimum front, side and rear yard dimensions shall be as follows:
(1) Front Yard. Each main building shall have a minimum front yard setback as follows:

(2) Side Yards. Two side yards shall be provided, each equal to a minimum of ten (10) feet.
(3) Rear Yard. The minimum rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet.

(e) Screening. Where a business use abuts a residential lot, screening shall be provided by the property owner as defined in this Zoning Code alongside and rear lot lines. All refuse disposal containers for uses other than one or two-family residential must be concealed within a building, or behind a solid fence or masonry wall.

(f) Height. The maximum building height shall be two and one-half stories, not exceeding thirty-five (35) feet in height.
(g) Corner Lots. Corner lots shall be large enough to allow for the erection of buildings, observing the minimum front yard setback from both streets.
