Minimum required for all uses within a mall or shopping center complex:
(a) Area. The minimum area of any lot shall be sixty thousand (60,000) square feet.
(b) Width. The minimum width of any lot at a distance fifty (50) feet back from the street right-of-way line shall be one hundred seventy-five (175) feet.
(c) Depth. The minimum depth of any lot shall be three hundred (300) feet.
(d) Yards. The minimum front, side and rear yard dimensions shall be as follows:
(1) Front Yard. Each main building shall have a minimum front yard as follows:

(2) Side Yards. Two side yards shall be provided, each equal to a minimum of thirty (30) feet.
(3) Rear Yard. The minimum rear yard shall be thirty (30) feet.
(e) Screening. Where a business use abuts a residential lot, screening shall be provided by the property owner as defined in this Zoning Code along side and rear lot lines.
(f) Height. The maximum building height shall be seven stories, not exceeding one hundred (100) feet in height.
