The following uses are permitted subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions which shall take into consideration the public health, safety and welfare, and the comfort and convenience of the general public and residents of the immediate neighborhood, as provided for in Chapter 1191 of this Zoning Code.
(a) Commercial outdoor recreation facilities.
(b) Garden apartments.
(c) Gas station mini-marts and gasoline service stations.
(d) Hotels, motels and conference centers.
(e) Premises exclusively designed to provide drive through facilities.
