Any uses hereinafter permitted in the "B-2A" District shall provide buildings of a type and character which would be architecturally compatible with adjacent uses in scale, proportion, design and materials. Landscaping and plantings along or within a public right-of-way and within vehicular use areas shall be provided as required in this Zoning Code in accordance with an approved Landscaping Plan.
