The purpose of the "B-2A" District is to accommodate intensive commercial activities which generate high levels of vehicular traffic. This district is designed for those commercial facilities which are strongly highway oriented and which prefer maximum exposure to the traveling public, however it also requires larger lot sizes and offers greater open space opportunities in order to provide a more environmentally sound commercial area. This district should apply to undeveloped tracts of land and to those lands annexed by the City after the effective date of this chapter.
