The purpose of the "B-2" District is to accommodate intensive commercial activities which generate high levels of vehicular traffic. This district is designed for those commercial facilities which are strongly highway oriented and which prefer maximum exposure to the traveling public. This district should not generally apply to lands annexed by the City after the effective date of this chapter.
