(a) No area, frontage or yard regulations shall apply except for a lot which abuts a residential district. In this case, there shall be a front yard applicable to the business lot of ten (10) feet or one-half the average front yard of the nearest residence in the adjoining residential district, whichever is greater. However, in no case need this front yard be more than twenty (20) feet.
(b) Where a business use abuts a residential lot, screening shall be provided by the property owner as defined in this Zoning Code along side and rear lot lines.
(c) The maximum building height shall be twelve stories, not exceeding one hundred fifty (150) feet in height.
