The following uses are permitted subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions which shall take into consideration the public health, safety and welfare, and the comfort and convenience of the general public and residents of the immediate neighborhood, as provided for in Chapter 1191 of this Zoning Code.
(a) Automobile, motorcycle, snowmobile or all-purpose vehicle sales and rental.
(b) Minor automobile repair, automobile tire shops and oil change facilities.
(c) Bus terminals and shelters.
(d) Drive through facilities
(e) Emergency shelters.
(f) Gas station minimarts and gasoline service stations.
(g) Parking structures, public and commercial parking lots.
(h) Railroad or bus passenger stations.
(i) Commercial indoor recreation facilities.
(j) Sidewalk cafes.
(k) Taxi services.
