1148.03 PERMITTED USES FOR NON-CONTRIBUTING STRUCTURES.

The following uses are permitted for non-contributing structures in the "R-4" Residential and Commercial District:

(a) Single-family detached dwellings.

(b) Single-family semi-detached dwellings.

(c) Conversion apartments and two-family detached dwellings.

(d) Type A child day care homes in single-family detached dwellings.

(e) Boarding and rooming houses in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185

(f) Residential home facilities in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

(g) Garage apartments in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

(h) Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.
