The purpose of the "R-3A" District is to accommodate high density residential uses. This district is designed for those persons who desire to reside in an area which provides a variety of housing types typically found in a suburban area, and usually strongly highway oriented or near regional shopping complexes. This district should apply to undeveloped tracts of land and to those lands annexed by the City after the effective date of this chapter.
