1143.02 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses are permitted in the "R-2A" Medium Density Residential District:

   (a)   Single-family detached dwellings.

   (b)   Single-family semi-detached dwellings.

   (c)   Single family attached dwellings.

   (d)   Type A child day care homes in single-family detached dwellings.

   (e)   Adult family homes and community alternative homes in single-family detached dwellings.

   (f)   Home occupations in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (g)   Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (h)   Class II telecommunications facilities if co-locating on an existing public facility in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (i)   Planned Unit Developments in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1183.
