1141.06 OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
   Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with the following requirements:
   (a)    For each single-family detached dwelling and single-family semi-detached dwelling there shall be provided in a private garage or driveway, at least one (1) off-street parking space for each dwelling unit.
   (b)    For single-family attached dwellings, conversion apartments or two-family detached dwellings, and garden apartments, off-street parking shall be provided for each dwelling unit as follows:

The total number of parking spaces shall be rounded up to the next whole number where a fractional total would result.
   (c)    For all other buildings and uses, compliance with the off-street parking regulations set forth in Chapter 1185 shall be required.
