The following uses are permitted subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions which shall take into consideration the public health, safety and welfare, and the comfort and convenience of the general public and residents of the immediate neighborhood, as provided for in Chapter 1191 of this Zoning Code.
(a) Nursing homes.
(b) Clubs, lodges, and community centers.
(c) Charitable, fraternal and social organizations.
(d) Conversion apartments and two-family detached dwellings.
(e) Garden apartments.
(f) Churches, convents and monasteries.
(g) Utility service facilities to the extent necessary to serve surrounding areas.
