1141.02 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses are permitted in the "R-2" Medium Density Residential District:

   (a)   Single-family detached dwellings.

   (b)   Single-family semi-detached dwellings.

   (c)   Single family attached dwellings.

   (d)   Type A child day care homes in single-family detached dwellings.

   (e)   Adult family homes and community alternative homes in single-family detached dwellings.

   (f)   Boarding houses in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (g)   Garage apartments in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (h)   Home occupations in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (i)   Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (j)   Class II telecommunications facilities if co-locating on an existing public facility in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1185.

   (k)   Planned Unit Developments in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1183.
