The purpose of the "R-1A" District is to accommodate low density single-family residences placed on larger lots than are normally found in other residential districts. This district is designed for those persons who desire to reside in an area which provides greater open space opportunities typical of a suburban area. This district should apply to undeveloped tracts of land and to those lands annexed by the City after the effective date of this chapter.
