1135.06 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.

Public rights-of-way which become legally closed shall automatically become classified as the zoning district of the adjoining property. Private easements and railroad rights-of-way shall only be used for the purposes for which the easements and rights-of-way were established.
